COPRA-assisted roll design covers round tube Ø8–Ø660 mm and square/rectangular sections from 10×10 to 600×600 mm. Common roll materials include Cr12, Cr12MoV and 9Cr2Mo, with reference hardness HRC58–62.

Fengqi supplies rolls and consumable spare parts for welded-tube mills, cold roll-forming lines and coil-processing equipment.
For tube and profile rolls, German COPRA software is combined with international design experience. Round-tube passes can use W-forming and FFX, while suitable projects can use direct forming to square.
