Product overview and technical information
Fengqi has many years of experience manufacturing high-grade, heavy-wall welded-pipe mills. Transmission gears are strength-checked, while the service life of bearings in the horizontal rolls, vertical rolls, squeeze rolls and gearboxes is calculated to maximize equipment reliability.
The PLC automatic control system makes pass adjustment convenient, reduces roll requirements and supports stable, reliable operation.

Production Process Flow
Coil loading → uncoiling → strip-head straightening → levelling → ultrasonic strip inspection → shear and butt welding → spiral accumulator → edge milling → forming → high-frequency welding → internal and external scarfing → ultrasonic weld inspection → grinding → medium-frequency normalizing → air cooling → water cooling → twist correction → sizing and finishing → Turk’s-head straightening → fixed-length cutting → sample testing → straightening → pipe-end facing → hydrostatic testing → ultrasonic final inspection → painting → marking → bundling → storage
