Experienced support throughout the project
Fengqi has experienced engineering, production and service teams that provide strong support from initial project planning through equipment delivery, installation and stable operation.
Pre-sales service
Based on the customer’s requirements, our technical team communicates in detail before preparing a tailored technical solution suited to the actual product range and factory conditions. We can also provide workshop-layout recommendations and analyze production costs in relation to the target market, staffing requirements and energy consumption, helping the customer achieve a practical and cost-effective configuration.
Service during manufacturing
After the contract is signed, we apply strict quality control throughout manufacturing and carefully build the production line in full accordance with the agreed technical requirements. Before shipment, we provide complete equipment-foundation drawings and offer online technical guidance to support preparation and construction of the equipment foundations.
After-sales service
After the equipment arrives at the customer’s factory, we arrange experienced engineers to provide installation and commissioning support and to train the customer’s operators. According to the site and production requirements, we also provide spare parts, consumables and maintenance support, helping the customer resolve operational concerns and maintain stable production.
