Who We Are
Integrated engineering, manufacturing and service
Hebei Fengqi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province. We integrate design and research, manufacturing, sales and service. Since our establishment, we have remained committed to providing customers with reliable equipment and dependable support.
Our principal products include ERW welded tube production lines, API oil and gas pipe production lines, precision cold roll forming lines, steel coil slitting lines, cut-to-length lines and matching auxiliary equipment.
More than 20 years of practical tube-mill experience
The Fengqi team has more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience. Guided by technological innovation, we have successfully developed advanced Ø20–Ø660 mm high-frequency longitudinal welded tube mills for oil and gas transmission pipe, high-grade API line pipe and oil casing applications.
Our Ø50 high-speed precision tube line can reach a production speed of up to 120 m/min, with tube roundness controlled to approximately 0.05 mm under the confirmed production conditions, supporting demanding high-end product requirements.
Solutions developed around changing market requirements
To meet market demand for higher steel grades and challenging wall thicknesses, we have developed production solutions including Ø76 × 5 mm and Ø114 × 10 mm heavy-wall tube lines, as well as Ø273 × 4.5 mm large-diameter thin-wall tube lines. Our product range also covers solar mounting profiles, high-speed guardrail lines and other production systems designed for straightforward operation and convenient maintenance.
Every project can be customized to the customer’s product range and actual plant conditions. Our goal is to accommodate differentiated requirements, improve overall production efficiency and help customers establish a stable manufacturing process.
Serving customers in more than 20 countries and regions
As part of our international development strategy, Fengqi has expanded into global markets. Our equipment has been exported to more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia and Uzbekistan, and is widely used in oil and gas pipelines, structural steel, low-pressure fluid pipe, solar energy, automotive components and furniture manufacturing.
