An available large-diameter used ERW line from a leading Chinese brand. The mill was manufactured in 2016, first commissioned in 2017 and stopped in 2023 because of insufficient orders.

Equipment description and reference data
This available domestic Chinese ERW355 line combines a heavy-duty forming and sizing mill with adjustable rough-forming stands and universal finishing and sizing stands.
The line is offered as bare machinery at the current site. Photos were taken after shutdown and before dismantling; additional inspection video is available on request.

Production Process Flow
Uncoiling → strip end straightening → pinch levelling → shear and butt welding → edge trimming → forming → HF welding (optional new system) → sizing → polishing → profile-following milling cut-off

Common buyer questions
Is this an API pipe line?
No. The present line is intended for structural pipe and ordinary fluid pipe, not an API configuration.
What is excluded from the current scope?
The accumulator, high-frequency welder and electrical control system are not included. An accumulator can be added, and new HF welding and control systems are recommended.
Can the line be supplied complete?
Yes. It can be sold in its current condition or refurbished and completed around the buyer's required supply scope.
