Equipment description and reference data
Photovoltaic support structures are formed from metal posts, supports, beams and shafts used in photovoltaic module systems.
Different production routes—including W-forming, FFX forming and direct forming to square—can be selected according to the customer’s finished products.
Process Features
- W-forming for stable round-tube production
- Multi-point pre-bending and direct forming for square tube
- Smooth finished tube surface without scratches or indentations
- High automation with inspection, stacking and packing options
Production Process Flow
Coil loading → uncoiling → strip straightening → pinch levelling → shear and butt welding → accumulator → forming → HF welding → scarfing → zinc spraying → seam grinding → water cooling → eddy-current and ultrasonic inspection → sizing → straightening → milling cut-off → conveying → stacking → marking → inspection → storage
