Equipment description and reference data
Heavy-wall tube production is technically demanding because forming strength is high and welding becomes more difficult. Fengqi uses a special forming principle and rational equipment configuration to improve strip-deformation stability and produce qualified tube.

Production Process Flow
Uncoiling → shear and butt welding → accumulator → forming → high-frequency welding → external weld-bead removal → cooling → sizing → rough straightening → cold-saw cut-off → run-out table → inspection and collection → packing → weighing → marking → storage
