Introduction
High-frequency welded pipe units in after slitting the strip with a certain width to open and flat , and then roll into the molding machine using the curved strip into a tube embryo, using high frequency current proximity effect and skin effect makes the edge of the steel belt melt, with roll extruding welded into a circular tube. It is also known as ERW unit.
Technological process:
Uncoiling- leveling – shearing& butt welding- accumulator discharge – forming-high frequency welding - hydrocooling - online ultrasonic testing – intermediate frequency annealing – air-cooling - hydrocooling - sizing - flying saw scale length cut - flat head chamfering - hydrostatic test - offline ultrasonic weld inspection - offline ultrasonic tube spray - weighing measuring standard - product collection
